As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions primarily via secure video chat, ensuring best practices in mental health care.
• Conducting ongoing assessments to ascertain client treatment needs, ensuring that services evolve with the client’s progress.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating personalized treatment plans that are grounded in a recovery-based approach.
• Facilitating skills development in clients, targeting coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and enhancing communication abilities.
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health practices, literature, and technologies to enhance counseling effectiveness.

Your work will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults, allowing you to form strong therapeutic relationships. You will assist clients navigating everyday challenges, enhancing their mental health stability. By tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, you play a crucial role in promoting recovery and resilience within this patient population.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current and independently valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R).
• No disciplinary actions on your license, ensuring compliance with state and ethical standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a genuine empathetic nature, and the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Proficiency in technology, including stable internet access and the ability to navigate counseling platforms.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates will have a proven track record in providing mental health counseling in a community health or clinical setting. Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is highly beneficial. A background in working with diverse populations will enrich your ability to connect and provide bespoke care.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
