About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Partner to lead strategic Banking, Financial Services (BFS) engagements. This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing large-scale client portfolios, driving business growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and owning P&L for key customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of delivery leadership, commercial acumen, BFS domain expertise, and technology transformation experience. The role requires the ability to engage CXOs and senior stakeholders, act as a trusted advisor, and successfully deliver complex transformation programs for global BFS customers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large and complex BFS client engagements.
  • Manage engagement and portfolio-level P&L, revenue growth, margins, and financial governance.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead large-scale digital transformation, modernization, cloud, and managed services programs.
  • Drive delivery governance, operational excellence, risk management, and quality assurance across engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and solution teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Lead geographically distributed teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore delivery models.
  • Conduct executive reviews, governance meetings, and stakeholder management activities.
  • Drive customer success, account expansion, and long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Provide thought leadership on Banking, Payments, Fintech, Compliance, Risk, and emerging industry trends.
  • Support transformation initiatives leveraging Cloud, Data, AI/GenAI, Platform Modernization, and Digital Engineering capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop delivery leadership talent while fostering a high-performance culture.

Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience delivering IT Services within Tier-1 Global IT Services organizations with 5+ years of experience in Delivery Leadership roles with direct P&L ownership.
  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar delivery portfolios and strategic customer accounts.
  • Strong Banking, Financial Services (BFS) domain expertise.
  • Ability to engage and influence CXO, Business, and Technology stakeholders through strong domain and technical understanding.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in revenue management, margin improvement, forecasting, and account growth
  • Experience managing global delivery teams and complex enterprise programs
  • Excellent customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
