About the Role
Essity is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to support a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment with industry-leading safety, fulfillment and customer focus!
The ideal candidate should/could live in Neenah, WI.

What You Will Do
  • Work within Essity safety standards with a responsibility for others, to Load and unload and check (raw) material or Finish Goods visually for damage, quantity and description.
  • Block damaged raw material or material deviating in quantity or description Prepare supply RM/FG for production lines Remove production waste and return blocked (raw) material and blocked FG products
  • Organize and prepare outbound loads
  • Store and allocate (raw) material, return, blocking, waste, FG products, recycled material with the right location code.
  • Complete all required documentation and data files during unload, store, remove and cycle count.
  • Operate and maintain forklift truck and other logistic handling equipment
  • Learn to operate and troubleshoot automated gantry/storage/unitizer/palletizer equipment.
  • Maintain optimal housekeeping in warehouse and waste baler area.
  • Work rotating 8 hour southern swing shifts (OT pay and DT pay apply)

Who You Are
  • HSED or Diploma required
  • Forklift operator with minimum 1 year demonstrated safe experience in pallet fork and clamp functions.
  • Previous machine operator experience preferred but not required

Compensation and Benefits:
Expected Compensation
$30.84 - 31.80/hour + benefits *Shift Differentials, Overtime pay after 8 hours daily, Double time on Sundays
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
