Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or route calls appropriately, interacts with patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register patients accurately, including demographic, insurance, and contact information.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using the clinic's electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations or referrals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns with empathy and escalate when necessary.
- Maintains patient confidentiality.

Qualifications
Education Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or healthcare certification preferred
