About the Role:
A leading private eye care practice in Temple, TX, seeks a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join its friendly team. This opportunity offers a generous sign-on bonus, relocation support, and a collaborative clinical environment using advanced diagnostic technology. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and visual disorders
  • Educate patients on ocular health and preventive care
  • Recommend and fit specialty contact lenses
  • Operate advanced equipment (Optos, glaucoma testing, lensometer, tonometer, phoropter)
  • Collaborate with optometrists and support staff
  • Serve approximately 22 patients each day
Salary and Benefits:
  • Compensation ranges from $120,640 to $196,040 annually
  • Earn eligibility for a 14.5% production bonus
  • Sign-On bonus offers $10,000 to $20,000
  • Relocation assistance provides up to $5,000
  • Maintain a Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM schedule
