Job description

Our office is a private practice where we specialize in Optometry and are looking to hire a Full-Time Optometric Tech/Scribe. Previous experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Our office is welcoming with a great work environment! Room for growth!

*Bilingual (Spanish) is a must*

Responsibilities:

-Workup patients by taking Refraction, Tonometry, OCT/Fundus Photos, VF, gathering chief complaints, Visual Acuity

-Assist doctors during eye exams, document information into EHR system, send referrals while completing other tasks.

-Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, among other office duties.

-Must be able to commute in between offices if needed, both located in Garland, TX.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (1 day off during the week)

Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm (Mandatory)

Sunday CLOSED
