We are currently seeking aย candidateย to fill the roll of Optometric Technician and/or Patient Concierge (Receptionist)

Located in McCormick Ranch of Scottsdale Arizona, Eyes on Hayden is a beautiful ย Optometry practice and luxury Optical Boutique. As the community has welcomed us with open arms, weโ€™re looking to hire a cheerful, motivated individual dedicated to helping us continue to grow.

Our primary focus is exceptional customer service with personalized patient care in an environment that is warm, fun and inviting. We aim to offer a concierge eye care experience unlike any other in the valley. In order to do that, we need a team member that loves coming to work because we've created an atmosphere that everyone wants to be a part of.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 yearsโ€™ experience in eye care
  • Thorough understanding of vision plans
  • -Flexible scheduleย 
  • Team player: Friendly, personable patient, honest & dependable
  • Good time management & organizational skills
  • Experience with Crystal PM (preferred but not required)

Duties:

  • Contact lens insertion and removal training
  • Insurance authorizations
  • Pre-test and prep patients for their exam with the doctor
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Any and all duties that may arise because we are a TEAM!

Our need is full and/or part-time with an immediate start date, however we are willing to wait the customary 2-wk period if you are employed elsewhere. The position includes a lucrative bonus structure that demonstrates our appreciation for hard work and dedication to our mission. Weโ€™re excited to find the right candidate for our team!
