Insurance Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative

Group Marketing Services is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you'll support agents and clients by providing exceptional customer service, processing insurance transactions, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations.

As a leading producer with the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, we are committed to providing exceptional service while fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Process insurance quotes, new business applications, renewals, and agent contracting paperwork.
Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and provide professional, courteous assistance to clients and agents.
Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving billing and service issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients, agents, and insurance carriers.
Support agents with quoting, policy servicing, and retention efforts.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents while maintaining accurate records and office files.
Assemble and distribute broker kits, marketing materials, and other communications.
Assist with marketing initiatives, advertising efforts, and community outreach events.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and policy activity.
Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed.
