We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Reservation Services Coordinator to assist clients with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing important booking details. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys helping clients throughout the reservation process.
Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with reservation requests and general inquiries
  • Research available accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
  • Coordinate reservation details based on client needs and preferences
  • Review confirmations and documentation for accuracy
  • Communicate important updates and reservation information
  • Assist with modifications, cancellations, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate client and reservation records
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and upcoming arrangements
  • Communicate with service providers when necessary
  • Provide professional and responsive client support
Qualifications
