The standard work schedule runs from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

• Provide individualized assessment and treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique orthopedic needs, ensuring adherence to their recovery goals.
• Clinically manage a patient caseload, allowing sufficient time for in-depth evaluations and therapeutic interventions.
• Employ a variety of evidence-based techniques to facilitate improved mobility, focusing on both manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Develop comprehensive and holistic care regimens that include strength training, stretching protocols, and functional movement exercises.
• Utilize our electronic medical record (EMR) system, Web PT, to maintain accurate patient documentation and track progress effectively.
• Educate patients on non-surgical treatment alternatives and lifestyle adjustments that promote long-term health and resilience.
• Implement wellness initiatives that encourage physical activity, nutrition, and overall well-being.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, athletic trainers, and occupational therapists, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatments and modify care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain current with advancements in physical therapy and orthopedic treatments.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals dealing with orthopedic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Many of our patients are athletes, active adults, and seniors seeking to restore function and mobility. By tailoring treatment strategies, you will directly impact their return to daily activities, sports, or work.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred) and an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of effectively assessing patient needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding patients through their rehabilitation process.
• Familiarity with using Web PT or similar electronic medical record systems.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying abreast of the latest research and developments in physical therapy.

• Prior experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Experience working with sports teams or in sports rehabilitation environments.
• Knowledge of current trends in wellness and preventive care practices.
• A certification or specialization in orthopedics, manual therapy, or a related field would be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
