Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Software/Application Support or AMS roles
  • Strong understanding of SDLC , Agile and ITIL processes
  • Hands? 'on experience with:
    • .NET /Optimizely and Azure
    • SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
    • Application logs, monitoring tools, and debugging
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux or Windows servers
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)

  • Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for enterprise or customer? 'facing software applications
