Job description
Are you ready for what's next, now?
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst - Data Operations for our office in Alpharetta, GA. The position is fulltime. You'll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.
About the role
This role owns one of the highest-leverage functions in our Revenue Operations team: making our CRM data as close to perfect as possible and building the automated infrastructure that keeps it that way.
We run Clay as a core piece of our GTM data stack: for account and contact enrichment, hygiene automation, signal-based workflows, and prospecting orchestration. You'll be the SME who architects that system, trains other users on it, and is accountable for the quality of the data downstream teams depend on.
This isn't a support role. You'll define our data strategy, own the tooling, and build workflows that scale without requiring you to be involved in every request.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clay architecture and administration: Build, maintain, and iterate on our Clay workspace including tables, workflows, enrichment waterfalls, and integrations with Salesforce and other stack components
- CRM data quality: Own account hierarchy, deduplication, and field-level hygiene across Salesforce; define standards and build automated enforcement
- Data strategy: Define how we source, enrich, validate, and maintain account and contact data across the full GTM motion; own the roadmap for getting there
- Enrichment workflows: Design multi-provider enrichment logic (waterfall sequencing, coverage logic, fallback rules) to maximize data quality and cost efficiency
- Clay enablement: Train and support other Clay users on the team; document best practices; build reusable templates and playbooks; multiply the impact of Clay by expanding user base
- Cross-stack integration: Connect Clay outputs to downstream tools (Salesforce, Groove, Marketo, etc.) to ensure enriched data flows where it's needed without manual intervention
- Signal pipeline development: Build Clay-based workflows that surface actionable GTM signals (job changes, intent, firmographic shifts) and route them appropriately
- Work within a team of 5-10 peer GTME / AI specialists in the larger RevOps organization
About You
- Hands-on Clay experience is required - you should be able to speak to specific workflows you've built and the outcomes they drove
- Strong CRM proficiency (we use Salesforce)
- You understand data modeling well enough to think about field architecture, not just field values
- You know the enrichment vendor landscape (ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Apollo, Clearbit, etc.) and have opinions about when to use what
- Experience with CDP platforms (Optimizely, Segment, etc.) is a meaningful plus
- 2+ years in a RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops role with a data or systems focus
- You're proactive. You are the person who builds the thing, writes the documentation, and then trains the team; not the person who waits for a ticket
- You have a growth mindset. You are driven to take on new challenges and learn new technologies
