Job description

Work Model: Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days, including Friday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting: Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual demand forecasts for industrial motor product lines across regions, channels, and customers. Analyze historical sales trends, market signals, customer demand patterns, seasonality, and business intelligence to improve forecast quality. Build statistical forecasts and incorporate commercial, product, and operational inputs into a consensus demand plan. Evaluate forecast assumptions, identify demand drivers, and communicate risks, opportunities, and changes to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain to align demand plans with business objectives. Facilitate demand review discussions and drive consensus forecasting without direct authority. Communicate forecast changes, assumptions, and business impacts in a clear, actionable manner.
  • S&OP / SIOP Support: Serve as a key contributor to the monthly S&OP / SIOP process. Prepare demand review materials, forecast performance summaries, and executive-level updates. Collaborate with supply planning teams to understand constraints and reflect supply realities in planning assumptions.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Alignment: Partner with production planning, procurement, and inventory teams to support supply continuity and inventory optimization. Monitor demand-driven inventory requirements and recommend actions that balance service levels, inventory turns, and working capital. Identify demand variability risks and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Product Lifecycle Support: Support new product introductions, product transitions, promotions, and end-of-life planning. Partner with Product Management to quantify demand impacts from launch, phase-in, phase-out, and customer conversion activity. Monitor adoption rates, volume transitions, and demand shifts across product families, channels, and customer segments.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain forecasting models, reporting tools, dashboards, and executive readouts. Prepare analysis on demand trends, forecast accuracy, forecast bias, inventory health, service performance, and capacity risk. Perform root cause analysis of forecast misses and demand variability. Identify opportunities to improve forecasting methods, planning cadence, data quality, and system utilization.
Qualifications
  • Required Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or S&OP / SIOP.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, motors, automation, power transmission, or engineered equipment industries.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capability and experience working with ERP / MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or equivalent systems.
  • Experience with forecasting and planning tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Preferred APICS CPIM, CSCP, IBF, or equivalent supply chain certification.
  • Experience participating in or supporting a mature S&OP / SIOP process.
  • Knowledge of industrial motor markets, OEM channels, distribution networks, and aftermarket demand patterns.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Experience with demand sensing and scenario planning methods.
  • Exposure to multi-site manufacturing and global supply chain environments.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
Benefits
