Dignotion is looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to lead organic growth initiatives across a portfolio of websites. This role combines technical SEO expertise, content optimization, and outreach capabilities to drive rankings, traffic, and visibility.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end SEO strategy-from keyword and competitor research to link building, metadata management, and performance reporting. We're looking for someone with a results-driven mindset who can work independently and thrive in a dynamic digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage site architecture, internal linking, metadata, and technical SEO factors
  • Collaborate with content creators to guide SEO-driven content development
  • Nurture relationships with publishers, bloggers, and industry influencers for link-building
  • Monitor rankings, conduct SEO audits, and file disavow reports as needed
  • Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog to guide improvements
  • Run and analyze conversion optimization tests (e.g., via Google Optimize)
  • Support content distribution through social media channels when applicable
  • Report regularly on performance metrics and ongoing optimization efforts

Requirements
  • 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a performance-driven environment
  • Deep understanding of current SEO best practices and algorithm trends
