Together, we are proud to support 30 million Canadians each month through managing a robust portfolio that champions leading-edge technology. We drive large-scale, complex, and high-visibility technology projects and programs that shape the future of technology in Canada and expand connectivity from coast to coast. If you are interested in being a part of this, consider applying for the following opportunity:

Who we're looking for:
As we continue to evolve Rogers' digital commerce capabilities, we are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape the future of our Wireline eCommerce experiences. This is an opportunity to own high-impact digital products, define product strategy and roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering seamless customer journeys across Rogers.com and the Rogers mobile app. You will play a key role in driving digital growth, improving customer experiences, and advancing Rogers' digital transformation agenda.

As a Product Manager, Wireline eCommerce, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for Wireline digital acquisition, upgrade, and self-service experiences. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, QA, Analytics, Marketing, Content, and Delivery teams to bring new capabilities to market and continuously optimize existing customer journeys. Through a combination of customer insights, analytics, business priorities, and market opportunities, you will identify, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that drive measurable improvements in digital sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will lead a cross-functional product squad and be accountable for product performance across key digital commerce metrics, including conversion, sales, engagement, adoption, quality, and customer experience. The role also carries ownership of product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, QA performance oversight, release quality, and ongoing optimization efforts. Success in this role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, data-driven decision making, and execution excellence, with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional digital experiences for Rogers customers.

What you'll do:

  • Product Strategy & Ownership:
    • Own the product roadmap and backlog for Wireline eCommerce experiences across Rogers.com and the Rogers mobile app, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and digital growth targets.
    • Develop, maintain, and communicate quarterly and annual product roadmaps, balancing customer experience improvements, business priorities, technical investments, and operational requirements.
    • Define the strategic vision and priorities for Wireline digital acquisition, upgrade, and self-serve experiences, ensuring alignment with broader Digital and Wireline business objectives.
    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product opportunities using customer insights, analytics, stakeholder feedback, market trends, and business value.
    • Define product success metrics, business cases, and KPI targets to measure the impact of roadmap investments and product enhancements.
    • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align roadmap priorities, secure buy-in, and drive execution against strategic objectives.
    • Establish and maintain a prioritized backlog that supports roadmap execution while balancing near-term delivery objectives with longer-term strategic initiatives.
  • Wireline Buyflow Optimization:
    • Lead the continuous optimization of Wireline acquisition, upgrade, and self-serve customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.
    • Leverage customer feedback, analytics, behavioral insights, and stakeholder input to identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
    • Define and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and product documentation to support successful delivery.
    • Monitor buyflow performance and recommend enhancements that improve customer experience, digital sales, and operational efficiency.
  • Delivery Leadership & Execution:
    • Lead cross-functional teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
    • Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, prioritization, and release activities in partnership with Engineering, UX, QA, Analytics, and Delivery teams.
    • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, scope changes, and delivery challenges while ensuring timelines and business objectives are achieved.
    • Provide clear direction and decision-making support to delivery teams throughout execution.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality assurance processes, testing effectiveness, and release outcomes.
  • Analytics & Performance Measurement:
    • Utilize digital analytics, customer journey insights, and operational performance metrics to inform product decisions and prioritization.
