Office Manager - Executive Assistant
Location: Bixby, OK
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18 - $25 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to support the daily operations of the Owner. This role includes a wide variety of administrative and personal support tasks and requires strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
  • Handle phone and email communication professionally
  • Maintain inventory systems, manage deliveries and shipments
  • Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Conduct research and assist with client projects
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and service providers
  • Design marketing materials and oversee social media content
  • Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
