ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Provide strategic direction for the woodworking department, aligning goals with overall company objectives.

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead and manage a team of craftsmen, overseeing daily operations and workflow.
