Job Description 

The Digital Marketing Associate supports the planning, execution, and organization of digital marketing activities to help deliver effective, client focused campaigns. They manage project timelines, assist with campaign setup, reporting, and communication, and ensure all deliverables stay on track. Their role strengthens team efficiency and helps maintain high-quality, measurable marketing outcomes for clients. 

What You'll Do  

  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as paid media, email, social, and web 
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure campaigns are completed on schedule 
  • Support campaign setup, including content updates, ad configurations, and tracking implementations 
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with key metrics and insights 
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as SEO, content, design, and client services to align campaign execution 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign activities, processes, and results 
  • Identify and escalate issues or opportunities for optimization to improve campaign outcomes 
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, quality expectations, and client requirements

Experience and Education Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, or another relevant field 
  • 2+ years of experience supporting digital marketing campaigns in an agency or in house environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills 
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work 
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools) 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics 
  • Experience with project management or workflow tools 
  • Exposure to client facing marketing environments
