The TikTok Shop US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Assist with the day-to-day operational needs of the campaign & marketing team, including conceptualizing, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, such as sales campaigns, brand campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. - Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal account managers, user research, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing team, PR, graphic designers, product team, R&D team, etc) for campaign creation and optimization. - Assist in communication and collaboration with local KOLs, social media and other digital channels to develop online community reputation and brand awareness. - Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships, and activations that enhance campaign performance. - Assist to research on local market trends and culture; viral content, latest celebrity updates, and trending news. - - Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimise campaigns. - Assist in branding execution and marketing plans to support overall product development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, marketing, or e-commerce related field. - Familiarity with the latest local trends and social media influencers - Proven skill in stakeholder and project management skills. - Proven skills to manage expectations, drive for performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: - Prior internships in marketing, e-commerce platforms, and creative agencies will be plus. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
