Job Title: Content & Brand Strategy - Master-Level Internship

Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Role: As a Content and Brand Strategy Intern at Vosyn, a pioneering AI-driven company offering products like VosynVerse, VosynCore, and VosynConnect, you will play a key role in creating and amplifying compelling content that elevates our brand and engages global audiences. You will collaborate with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and creative teams to develop impactful narratives across various platforms, showcasing Vosyn's groundbreaking innovations in AI.

This is an exciting opportunity for Master's level students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in content creation, brand storytelling, and social media strategy within a dynamic, high-growth environment at the forefront of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write high-quality thought leadership articles, white papers, webinars, newsletters, social media posts,blog posts, and case studies on topics related to Artificial Intelligence and innovation.
• Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to extract key insights and translate them into engaging content.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all channels.
• Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for audience engagement.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience.

About You:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism,or a related field required. Master's program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in content creation, branding, thought leadership writing, and social media management.
• You have experience interviewing subject matter experts and leveraging their input and perspective to develop authentic, informed content.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social) will be an asset.
• Experience in the technology or AI sector is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
