Job Summary

Marina Bay Sands is in the midst of an exciting product and brand transformation journey. Our goal is to elevate exciting all touchpoints across the property, and we would like to invite you to be part of the team driving this change. We are seeking a motivated business management Intern to join our highly dynamic team of business managers. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing Marina Bay Sands Signature campaigns and day-to-day projects. You will assist in a variety of tasks that contribute to the exciting brand transformation journey.

Job Responsibilities

Overall Management

  • Providing business management support across multiple portfolios/business units and cross-functional teams to:
  • Strategise, develop and execute through-the-line marketing & communication campaigns that are in-line with brand strategy
  • Provide artwork evaluation, revisions and follow-up
  • Maintain relationships and manage day-to-day business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Keep track of project status and ensure timely delivery, and to provide regular updates on the progress to the Asst. Manager
Creative, Media & Production Management
  • Hands-on in developing and adhering to project timeline to ensure on-time delivery from concept to final artwork
  • Follow through with Creative team to ensure on time delivery from visuals to final artwork for submission to media owners and printers
  • Work closely with Creative Services & Production Director on production matters.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications is preferred

Experience

  • No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites

  • Experience in adapting branding materials and content for Chinese and English-speaking audiences is advantageous for supporting regional needs.
  • Organised, thorough and meticulous. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management with high attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt and the willingness to learn
  • Must be self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results
