Job description

ODW Logistics is a people-focused and customer-driven third-party logistics (3PL) provider committed to delivering seamless end-to-end supply chain solutions. Our extensive range of services include supply chain design and innovation, warehousing, efficient distribution and fulfillment, freight brokerage, transportation management, and specialized e-commerce fulfillment solutions.
Position Summary
The Optimization Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day entry tasks and providing support within the multi-client Optimization Team. This role will ensure seamless operations to effectively meet the needs of both customers and carriers. They will focus on maximizing efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing operations performance.
Essential Responsibilities
• Lead the entirety of the accounts payable reconciliation process
• Efficiently manage invoices for outstanding load payments to ensure timely resolution
• Enter Non-Inventory Stock (NIS) loads into the system
• Update and maintain address books for Logistics Centers (LC), including eliminating duplicates and standardizing information
• Support tracking and load/order building
• Schedule appointments and assist on missed pickup calls
• Establish operational manuals for various processes within the operation to enhance efficiency
• Serve as backup for overflow customer calls when the account managers and team leads are unavailable
• All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience
• High school or GED diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in logistics and/or inventory management preferred
• Previous experience in accounts payable preferred
