Location: St. Cloud, FL

At Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology, our team is committed to helping women maintain optimal wellness through compassionate, individualized care.

Position Overview:

You are the first impression of our practice—and one of the most important drivers of our patient experience.

We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Reception Professionals to join our fast-paced, patient-centered Obstetrics & Gynecology practice. As the first point of contact, this role plays a critical part in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment for every patient who walks through our doors.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a warm and compassionate approach. Fluency in English is required, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively support and serve our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple providers
  • Support with managing insurance, benefits and eligibility
  • Answer incoming calls and route messages appropriately
  • Check patients in and out, verify insurance, collect co-pays, deductibles, and balances
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls, scanning, faxing, and data entry
  • Communicate effectively with patients and collaborate with the team
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills at all times
  • Adhere to HIPAA laws regarding the sharing of personal medical information
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support office operations

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • 1+ year experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
  • Team-oriented attitude and a commitment to supporting colleagues and patients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Athena EMR
  • Previous medical office or front desk experience
  • Experience with insurance, benefits and eligibility
