• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate identification of issues and appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure online platforms, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support throughout their recovery process.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies, tailored to individual client preferences.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, reflecting the varied needs of the community we serve. The flexibility of a remote setting enables you to reach clients who may otherwise have difficulty accessing mental health services, thus playing a critical role in expanding our outreach.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
• Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of clients' experiences are essential for success in this role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage remote therapy sessions and corresponding documentation.

• Prior experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and secure virtual communication tools.
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, with a strong interest in ongoing professional development.
