Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) - Part-TimeOptimal Health and WellnessPosition Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Location: Optimal Health and WellnessEmployment Type: Part-TimeCompensation: $50-$53 per hour (based on experience)About Optimal Health and WellnessOptimal Health and Wellness is a patient-centered clinic focused on helping individuals achieve optimal wellness through a blend of conventional medicine, functional medicine, hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and preventative healthcare. We believe in treating the root cause of illness while providing compassionate, individualized care.We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is interested in expanding their knowledge of functional and integrative medicine. Prior functional medicine experience is welcomed but not required-we are willing to train the right candidate.Position SummaryThe Mid-Level Provider will evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients utilizing a combination of conventional medicine, functional medicine principles, and hormone replacement therapy.
