We are seekig an option or technician to work with an optical team, ensuring high-quality customer service. Reporting directly to the owner, fthis role involves overseeing eyewear selection and maintaining a range of optical equipment, including standard lensometers, advanced digital tools, and specialty diagnostic machines. This position offers opportunities for career advancement and requires a strong focus on customer communication, attention to detail, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Fit lenses accurately and assist with eyewear selection
