JOB TITLE: Sr. Financial Analyst

REPORTING TO: Commercial Finance Manager

LOCATION: Rohnert Park, CA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

This commercially focused position will collaborate across the IDEX Health & Science businesses, partnering with product management to profitably grow the business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Product line analysis in collaboration with the Ops Finance, Engineering and Product Managers to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and understand impacts of changing business conditions
  • Business partner & liaison with Product Management Leadership providing financial advice and guidance to achieve profitability targets.
    • Partner with broader IH&S team to deploy standard analytical tools and reporting to enable business partners to effectively manage the business.
    • Partners with the Life Cycle Innovation and New Product Innovation teams in developing financial analysis for business case justification and strategic investments.
    • Help & support Product Management with Yearly Pricing process and Price analytics.
  • Assist with forecasting and budgeting process
  • Assist month-end close and reporting activities as needed
  • Leads and/or participates in special projects and assignments.
  • Work with the broader Finance team across IH&S businesses to streamline reporting & processes

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or business discipline
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Accounting or Finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP systems is required, JD Edwards preferred
  • Expert skills in Excel and SAP Web Intelligence; high proficiency in OneStream and other Microsoft Office Applications, Power BI preferred

INTERPERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and contribute in a virtual team environment
  • Self-motivated, focused and able to identify needs and implement solutions with minimal supervision

TOTAL REWARDS (May Vary by State)

While the full compensation range for this role is listed below, ouranticipated hiring range is $97,000-$110,000. This projected range is an estimate and will vary based on each candidate's experience and qualifications, so it is not a guaranteed offer amount. This position may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus plan.

Location:

This position is a hybrid role onsite minimum 2 days per week. Applicants should be located close enough to commute to an IH&S facility when needed.

The compensation range for this position is $97,000.00 - $145,400.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
