Essential Functions
  • Assist patients with frame and lens selection
  • Interpret and accurately fill optical prescriptions
  • Take precise measurements
  • Explain lens options, coatings, and pricing clearly and confidently
  • Process orders, verify accuracy, and troubleshoot lab or warranty issues
  • Adjust, repair, and maintain eyewear
