As an Optical Sales Consultant, you will be an essential part of an outstanding team, seamlessly taking customers through the process of selecting and ordering eyewear and accessories that best suit them, assisting with fitting, and providing education on the proper care for their chosen products — all within a fun and upbeat environment.

  • Precision Fittings: Perform accurate eyewear measurements, fittings, and adjustments to ensure comfort and clarity.
  • Product Education: Explain lens technologies, frame features, and optical products in a clear, engaging way.
  • Multitasking & Record Accuracy: Process orders, update patient files, and manage workflow with strong attention to detail.
  • Cross‑Training Collaboration: Support front desk, technicians, and optometrists as needed to keep the practice running smoothly.
  • Sales & Team Alignment: Partner with the optical team to meet sales goals and deliver a seamless patient experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on new products, trends, and training to strengthen your optical expertise.
Required Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an eye clinic or medical clinic setting
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with cash handling and electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Ability to commute to work within 20-30 minutes
