Join Our Team as an Optician / Medical Biller at 20/20 Vision either full time or part time

Are you passionate about eye care and looking to join a family-owned eye care center in Rochester, Michigan? 20/20 Vision is seeking a dedicated Optician / Medical Biller to provide comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and assist with dispensing a wide selection of designer eyewear. Led by Dr. Dolan and a team of expert opticians, we strive to ensure optimal eye health and comfort for all our patients.

Preference given to candidates within the Rochester Hills, MI area.

Daily Responsibilities:

Medical insurance Billing & credentialing 

  • Assist with contact lens fittings
  • Perform lensometry to determine lens prescriptions
  • Dispense glasses and provide optical sales support
  • Handle medical billing and insurance claims
  • Provide exceptional patient care and general repair services

Required Skills

  • Recent experience in both medical and optometry billing is a must have
  • Must be an Optician 
  • Strong background in retail sales and merchandising

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with ordering optical supplies
  • Knowledge of long-term disability claims processing
