Job Description Job Title: OSP Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced OSP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of outside plant telecommunications infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, construction teams, and other engineering professionals to ensure the successful deployment of fiber optic and copper networks.

Key Responsibilities: Design and engineer outside plant network solutions, including fiber optic and copper cable systems. Conduct site surveys and field investigations to collect data for project design. Prepare detailed engineering plans, schematics, and construction documentation.- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and within project timelines

Perform cost analysis and budgeting for OSP projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OSP infrastructure.

ROW/Permitting experience Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Required Skills: Strong understanding of OSP engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in CAD software and ArcGIS, 3GIS tools for network design and mapping.

Experience with fiber optic network design and implementation. Knowledge of industry standards such as ANSI, TIA, and ITU-T. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in OSP engineering or related roles. Relevant certifications (e.g., FOA, BICSI) are a plus.
