Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to design individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs and goals.
• Implement effective therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations, as well as professional standards of practice.
• Consult with other healthcare providers regarding patient continuum of care, facilitating smooth transitions between services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, home exercises, and self-management strategies to foster independence.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including physical therapy aides and students, contributing to their professional development.
• Participate in community outreach programs, promoting physical therapy services and health education.
• Attend team meetings and continuing education programs to enhance your professional skills and maintain licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those with chronic pain, and patients requiring rehabilitation after injuries or disabilities. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a current State License in Physical Therapy, with eligibility for Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Proficiency in electronic health records systems and word processing software is required to facilitate documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, along with familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your skills and contributions, Carle Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually.
