Role: QA Software Tester
Location: Glen Allen, VA
 
Note: NO H1B, OPT Visa
 
Top Technical Skills
  1. Software Testing Expertise (5+ years, prefer 7-10 years)
    – Functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
  2. Automation Testing (UFT, Playwright, Selenium, Typescript, Java) I believe that UFT is a strong requirement.
    – Required skill set for building, maintaining, and integrating automation frameworks.
  3. Java Application Testing
    – 5+ years of experience specifically testing Java-based applications.
  4. SQL & MS SQL Database Skills
    – Ability to write and execute complex SQL queries for validation and data testing.
  5. Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans)
    – Strong experience using Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD, and test management.
  6. Familiarity with Front-end development skills- HTML, XML, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js.  I believe they want someone can see and/or fix minor issues.
