We’re hiring a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Jacksonville. ESS provides substitute personnel and management to school districts across the country, so no two days look quite the same. One day you might be developing a recruiting campaign, brochure, or video. We’re looking for someone creative, flexible, and organized who is comfortable taking a project from the first idea through final production.
Your Impact

  • Design eye-catching print and digital materials for recruiting, sales, corporate communications, social media, and events
  • Develop original concepts and reimagine existing materials for different audiences and campaigns while staying true to the ESS brand
  • Transform copy and data into clear, engaging visuals that tell a story
  • Create and edit video and motion-based content
  • Manage multiple projects and everyday design requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Support in-house production, including printing, die cutting, finishing, packaging, and shipping materials

Your Creative Toolkit

  • 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A portfolio showing range across print and digital design
  • Solid grasp of branding, typography, layout, and current design trends
  • Confidence taking projects from concept through final production
  • Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Careful attention to detail: spelling, grammar, formatting, and overall accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

ESS Advantages:

  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)
  • 401(k)
  • PTO (personal, sick, vacation, Holiday, Mental health day, Volunteer time off)

Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position in our Jacksonville, Florida, office. We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
For immediate consideration, please submit your resume, cover letter, and portfolio. We can't wait to see what you create.
