As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Asset Management Group organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA.
Candidates should have experience with the following:
- Full-Stack Application Design & Development
Develop and maintain Angular front-end components and Java/Spring back-end services to deliver cohesive, high-quality application features.
Translate business requirements into well-structured code with appropriate testing, documentation, and adherence to development standards.
- Microservices Architecture, Integration & Operational Excellence
Design, implement, and integrate Spring-based microservices using REST/event-driven patterns with a focus on scalability and resiliency.
Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of distributed services, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across environments.

  • Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
  • Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
  • Facilitates complex problem resolution.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
  • Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
