We're seeking a Lead Engineer who excels both hands-on and in guiding a small technical team. This is a true player-coach role: you'll work directly on complex technical challenges while setting direction, developing talent, and ensuring high-quality project delivery. If you want to own outcomes, stay close to the work, and help shape a growing team, this role fits.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small engineering team - mentor, set expectations, and foster a collaborative environment
  • Drive projects end-to-end - from initial assessment and design through final delivery
  • Coordinate across departments - act as the technical link ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems - including mechanical, electrical, and rotating equipment
  • Develop and review technical documentation - drawings, schematics, and supporting materials
  • Improve processes and quality - continuously refine workflows and team capabilities

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
  • 5+ years of engineering experience
  • Background in hands-on technical environments preferred

Technical Skills
