This position offers remote work flexibility, enabling you to support clients from the comfort of your home while enjoying the collaborative advantage of a tight-knit team environment. Our practice operates primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional scheduling adjustments based on patient needs. The team culture emphasizes mutual support, professional growth, and a shared commitment to the mental health field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed mental health assessments that identify the unique needs of each patient, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups that aim to empower patients by discussing common mental health issues, fostering a sense of community among participants.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and cohesive approach to patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention support, ensuring timely assistance and safety for patients in mental health emergencies.
  • Educate patients on mental health matters, treatment options, and resources available in the community to aid in their recovery.
  • Maintain precise and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in case consultations and regular team meetings to continuously improve treatment delivery and patient outcomes.
  • Stay informed on the latest research, trends, and methodologies in mental health therapy to enhance your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists serve a diverse clientele with varied mental health backgrounds and needs. You will work with individuals from different age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, ensuring that every patient receives personalized and empathetic care. The ideal candidate will be ready to address complex psychological issues, enhancing the clients’ coping mechanisms and overall mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.
  • Strong understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform assessments and design effective treatment strategies.
  • Proficiency in providing individual and group therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
  • Previous experience working in outpatient care settings is preferred.
  • Exposure to trauma-informed care practices is a plus.
  • Ability to use electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a comprehensive healthcare package, a retirement savings plan with employer contributions, generous paid time off (PTO), holiday pay, and professional liability insurance coverage. We also provide support for continuing education opportunities, enabling you to advance your professional development in the mental health field.
