Work Environment

As a remote-based position, this role offers flexibility in your work environment, allowing you to engage with clients through telehealth platforms and maintain a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging psychotherapy sessions tailored for individuals, couples, or families, addressing multifaceted mental health, emotional, and relational challenges.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate clients' goals and progress, ensuring alignment with best practices in therapy.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address diverse client needs.
• Guide clients in developing personalized coping strategies and enhancing their emotional regulation capabilities through structured and insightful discussion.
• Provide appropriate referrals and collaborate actively with additional healthcare professionals to guarantee holistic and integrative care.
• Participate in regular case reviews and team consultations to share insights, experiences, and strategies that foster comprehensive client support.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and patient records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds who are seeking assistance in managing stress, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and other mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and well-being among an array of clients, making a lasting impact on their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, specifically in family therapy and couples counseling.
• Proficient in various counseling techniques, with a strong focus on trauma-informed care and crisis intervention strategies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients exhibiting complex emotional and relational issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy methodologies and platforms to improve client accessibility and engagement.
• Strong skills in conflict resolution, communication, and building therapeutic rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, our benefits package includes:
