Job Title: Operator โ€“ Air-Conditioned Manufacturing Plant

Job Overview: We are looking for motivated Operators to join our fast-growing, technology-driven team for Day Shift (6am-6pm) and Night Shift (6pm-6am). As an Operator, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to apply your manufacturing skills, develop new ones, and work within a clean and safe environment. We are seeking individuals with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.


Plant Location:
112 SELIT Drive, Commerce, GA 30529


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, inspect, and package production materials
  • Set up machinery and ensure all materials are prepared and ready for production
  • Monitor production equipment and resolve operational issues as needed
  • Notify the Lead Operator of any challenges or issues during production
  • Operate forklifts for material movement, loading, and unloading
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Follow safety regulations and ensure 5S standards are met during your shift

Schedule Requirements:

  • Work two weekends per month
  • 12-hour shifts

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as walking, standing, stooping, and climbing
  • Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Strong commitment to quality, safety, and communication
