Job Description: This program offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in the automotive industry, working alongside an experienced technician and gaining insight into various aspects of auto body repair. This will be a 30 day trial to qualify for the 18-month Technician Development Program. Key Job Responsibilities Assist in performing basic auto body repairs, including dent removal, sanding, and painting under the supervision of experienced technicians.

Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace. Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans. Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within specified timelines and quality standards.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Education and/or Experience Required High School Diploma/GED preferred Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred Some on-the-job experience is preferred I-CAR Gold Class preferred Required Skills and Abilities Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods of time in the repair of a vehicle Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions. Must be able to use hands efficiently in handling vehicle parts.

Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn and develop technical skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment Basic knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools is preferred but not required Must be at least 18 years of age Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning and problem-solving Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace Other Requirements Maintain a good rapport with all supervisors and co-workers Comply with all Company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
