Job Title: Bulk Plant Operator
Location: Midland, TX 79701
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $16.50 - $23.00/hr on W2
Schedule: 15 Days On / 6 Days Off

Position Summary
The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. This role involves blending and mixing bulk products, maintaining quality control standards, managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Blend and mix bulk products according to job program specifications and delivery schedules.
  • Verify and calculate material quantities required prior to loading.
  • Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure accurate product loading.
  • Coordinate movement of bulk materials with Operations, Logistics, and PSD teams.
  • Conduct daily paperwork and assist with monthly inventory counts.
  • Label, store, and handle additives safely while ensuring proper disposal of empty containers.
  • Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of bulk plant equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in job risk analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company HSE policies.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new operators and trainees.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, plant operations, oilfield operations, or material handling preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate equipment and handle bulk materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Basic inventory and documentation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
  • Willingness to work a rotational schedule of 15 days on and 6 days off.
