Location: Hattiesburg, MS

Shift: 1st Shift 6:30am to 3:00pm with occasional overtime including Saturdays

Specific Responsibilities

  • Operate cardboard baler, and related equipment

  • Follow verbal work instructions

  • Verify safety procedures and protocols are followed

  • Use power tools, hand tools, and other special equipment as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Understand basic functions of assembly line and processes

  • Understand proper use of tools and equipment to support the assembly lines

  • Understand capabilities and limitations of power tools

  • Report to work area by shift start up time

  • Behaviors align with Rehlko's values

  • Frequent communication with Facilities Leadership

  • Periodic communication with Plant Leadership

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • External - Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment

  • Internal - Minimum 1 year of relevant and proficient work experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment

  • PIV Experience

  • Ability to Stand, Walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS occasionally


The Hourly range for this position is $19.70-$19.70.The specific Hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
