Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with advanced manufacturing tools, and a commitment to maintaining precision standards throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of delivering superior products through expert machine operation and quality control.


Shift - 1st shift, Monday - Friday 7:00AM- 3:30PM


Duties

  • Support all safety programs and promote a safe working environment.
  • Support the 5s, Quality and continuous improvement programs through participation and performance.
  • Operate machines , follow work instructions, standard operating procedures and all documented work instructions.
  • Meet and improve operation run and set-up times.
  • Perform in process quality inspections to ensure product meets customer specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in blueprint reading.
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively for assembly, fabrication, or minor repairs.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures utilizing precision measuring instruments.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes including machining and packaging operations.
  • Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to production specifications.
  • Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
