Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking an Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good eyesight, and basic computer skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator

Location: Duluth, MN

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

  • Set up and operate equipment such as winders, mold presses, ovens, and test equipment
  • Use microscopes and other tools to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform basic math calculations related to production processes
  • Maintain attention to detail throughout manufacturing tasks
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform soldering (preferred skill)
