Job description

General Job Description: This individual will be responsible for the operation of automated casing equipment, box top sealers, conveyors, and labeling machines. Must be able to multitask including but not limited to Operating, adjusting, testing, monitoring the machinery and product for quality assurance of packaging and codes on finished product. Repetitive lifting of up to sixty (60) pounds as well as long periods of sitting, standing, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Will be responsible for record keeping of hourly checks and downtime reports. Applicant will be responsible for daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning of their workspace. The shift may occasionally last up to twelve (12) hours.
This person must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and willing to be flexible as to their schedule. Must be honest and hard working. There will be a drug test and background check for qualified applicants.
