ABOUT CCO CERTIFICATION:

CCO Certification (CCO) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). NCCCO was formed in 1995 as a nonprofit organization with its mission to develop effective performance standards for safe load handling equipment operation to assist all segments of general industry and construction. 


CCO, established in 2014, supports NCCCO's mission by developing effective performance standards; providing fair, valid, and reliable assessments; acting as an industry resource; and being the leader in providing certifications for those who work in and around load handling equipment. CCO is headquarter in Murray, UT.


POSITION SUMMARY:

CCO has an immediate opening for a Processor I position in our Murray, Utah office. This position will support the Testing Services Department. This position will be required to work in the office.


This position will support management by performing basic processing and procedures to accomplish routine tasks. Responsible for processing activities related to CCO's certification programs and related testing. Resolve routine problems by following procedures and guidelines. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process testing related activity for candidates seeking CCO certification

  • Data Entry - Entering information into the Customer Resources Management (CRM) System to record information, troubleshoot, and track history.
  • Review Testing Activity - Reviewing audio and video footage related to testing activities and generate related case reports.
  • Maintain Candidate Records - Accurately enter, assess, interpret, and maintain candidate records based on business rules. 
  • Manage Payments - Verifying product and pricing information and accurately record payment into Candidate Processing System.
  • Communication/Customer Service - Effectively communicate with stakeholders, candidates, testing personnel and other users of the program to convey information accurately and efficiently.
  • May communicate by email and phone to clarify questions and resolves discrepancies, referencing business rules and using standard templates.
  • Other duties as assigned by management


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Some college preferred
  • No less than 2 years' work experience OR equivalent work experience
  • Each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.


Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Strong Computer Skills - Microsoft Office Suite, Database Applications
  • Strong Organizational Skills with the ability to multi-task
