About the Role

Were looking for anOperator that will be responsible for performing tasks involving the operation of heavy construction equipment to accomplish assigned daily work on the project site. This role requires safe and efficient operation of machinery, adherence to site safety programs, and the ability to support project teams in delivering quality results.

  • Equipment Operation
    • Operate heavy construction equipment, including skid steers, bulldozers, and excavators.
    • Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor or foreman.
    • Ensure machines are operated at full capacity and within safe operating standards.

    • Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections of equipment.
    • Report and document any mechanical issues or required maintenance.
    • Maintain equipment in clean and functional condition for safe and efficient use.

    • Identify and report unsafe behaviors, hazardous conditions, or near-miss incidents.

  • 57 years of heavy equipment operation experience.
