Salary: 25-40$ Hourly

Location: Barrie, ON/Innisfil, Ontario
Seasonal On-Call | Competitive Wages | Potential for Ongoing Work


We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced operator to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. This is an on-call, seasonal position ideal for someone with flexible availability and a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities:

  • Operate Loader and/or Kubota equipment for snow removal on commercial and residential properties.
  • Clear driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and access roads efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct pre- and post-operational checks to ensure machinery is in good working order.
  • Maintain safe operation standards in challenging weather conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members during snow events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery (Loader, Kubota, Skid Steer, etc.).
  • Valid drivers license; experience with transporting machinery is an asset.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required by weather.
  • Ability to work independently in adverse weather conditions.
