About the Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Shop Helper with forklift experience to support daily operations in a busy industrial shop environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and interested in developing additional skills. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and a willingness to learn may have the opportunity to advance into a Fitter position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily shop operations and production support
  • Safely operate a forklift to move materials, parts, and equipment
  • Load, unload, move, and organize shop materials as assigned
  • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Assist team members with general shop and production tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Complete required safety training and assigned training modules on time
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Follow company health, safety, and operating procedures
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, leads, and coworkers
