Position Summary
The Inserting Machine Helper supports the Inserting Machine Operator by maintaining smooth machine operation and ensuring timely, accurate production. This role involves handling materials, performing quality checks, and assisting with general production tasks as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Remove inserted envelopes in batches and place them into trays
  • Verify materials to ensure correct sorting and matching
  • Apply accurate tray tags to completed trays
  • Sleeve trays and prepare them for palletizing
  • Place trays on pallets for distribution
  • Occasionally load mail into bags
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Physical Requirements
