Position Overview
AmeriShip Parcel Delivery is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to help oversee our daily delivery operations. This individual will support drivers, communicate with customers, solve service issues, and help ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment while providing leadership and support to the operations team.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily delivery operations.
  • Monitor routes throughout the day.
  • Communicate with drivers regarding delivery issues.
  • Assist customers with delivery questions and service requests.
